Tartoofo is truffle preserved in Sunflower oil, this is there just to preserve the product but can also be added to dishes to add more flavour, Sunflower oil has many health benefits because it is low in satured fat and high in two types of fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids. Truffle is not something you would heat or fry therefore you will only get the helthy benefits from this oil.
